With the help from others on here found out some more info;
Turns out James John Del Piano controls Coniston Pty Ltd
Also James John Del Piano was a trustee of "Kalgoorlie Mine Managment"
That company used to provide the director services, taking consultancy and management fees from all these companies (SBR, MLS, GED.)
It was replaced by Corporate Resource Services Pty Ltd in 2021, that they use currently to pay themselves, .
They have been doing the same thing for decades, go go back to 2012, the Namibian assets SBR obtained were bought from James John Del Piano for $13m
Then we have sherlock bought off MLS by SBR, all under the same names, basically no change but more money given to the companies as the same owners and control remained, just shareholders paid for the switch of assets.
Managment fees, Namibian 2012, Chalco 2022 , Sherlock from MLS to SBR, all purchases are inter related, all shows how money is taken from shareholders and passed on to the management, and those really in control here, which in this case is clearly John Del Piano, who owns and controls whats happening here (owns over 14% of MLS)
Cheers mate, glad you get something from this, something for all of us to look into and hold them accountable, Im getting screwed by them through GED, but seems all holders of all three companies are getting screwed here.
