I think Matt Latimore wants as many fingers in as many coal pies as possible, because it opens doors to his main play which is not owning coal stocks, but getting the marketing / distribution rights for M Resources. He has multiple relationships with multiple different parties so take his involvement on any one stock with a pinch of salt. In my analysis, he is empire building to control the marketing and sales distribution channel. Pitching in to capital raisings is part of that strategy.
