Yes something like that might well be on the cards. I would expect the directors would have been looking at their options (not MLSOA) in fine detail. There is always more than one way to skin a cat, especially with a little lateral thinking. There are legal options and there are non-legal (hopefully not illegal) options. And then there are possibilities that seem to come from nowhere. Occasionally you see that, but not often.
