    Could go either way mate. My gut feel is a premature MOU seems like more of a 'for show' move to me. Confidence would be using our money to drill the holes they said you would in Feb to define up the deposit and let the buyers come to you. JORC then offtake seems more like natural progression. Happy to be wrong.
