    Hi Shares yes its not so much the cash positive but the fact that AAF has so much potential in the leases they are "apparently" aquiring.bit"P#%SED now they are starting to run before im tatally onboard.anyhow its a steal under 2 in my opinion so will wait and see..cheers Andy
