It’s not whether something is in the public domain or not that’s the issue... it’s wheter it’s insider info. Insider info could (wrongly) be in the public domain but it’s still insider. I doubt anything that goes on by the Drc mining teams is classified as I insider info . As the trolls point out these core samples have to travel 1000s km to be loaded via the ports for Perth labs to assay before they become insider info.
