What’s holding you back from dipping the toes in here Nabaru? If you think there’s a likelihood of corporate activity then wouldn’t this be a strong catalyst to drive the SP?
I’ll have to look more closely at Greentech though I do recall seeing that 82% figure. I also recall seeing they have around 50m HKD in debt and 100m HKD in cash and no other assets. So my quick calc is HKD1.1bn market cap x 0.19 exchange = A$210m less net cash $10m is A$200m for 82% of JV stake in Renison or for A$244m for the whole 50% JV stake. Based on 907m SOI is 27cps MLX equiv.
