While MLX are still chasing Greentech there is no incentive for MLX management / Major shareholders to drive a higher MLX share price as it will increase the price that MLX has to pay Greentech for the 41% of Renison they hold.
Once we get a resolution (either way) I think we will see the brakes come off the MLX share price and it should re-rate, hopefully significantly.
