It's a non-binding MOU. A "collaboration" to complete a DFS. Not worth the paper it's written on until I see the word "binding"
They don't have a free carry yet. The 30% free carry is just an "objective"
I didn't see any $ amount that Samsung are contributing to the DFS. Are they contributing financially other than providing "technical expertise"?
