According to the prospectus for Nico, MLX will get 25,000,000 shares in Nico. Assuming they are all distributed to Shareholders, my very rough calculation based on the number of MLX shares on issue is you will get 5 Nico shares for every 200 MLX shares you have. so not very many unless you have a lot of MLX shares. happy to be corrected by someone with better maths than me.
