I often feel the same as in can list a slew of companies I left then went 10 bag. The experience I'm talking about is still having money in the market in stocks with strong outlooks and a resilient strategy sufficient to deal with a 1987 (not 1994, 2000, or 2008 in the next minute).
I've actually seen you mature from a tearaway to a doyen. An early Dennis Lillie or (Sir) Richard Hadlee, to the late version who relied on swing and control, rather than raw pace and ended up with approx, 400 wickets each if you will.
