It certainly feels like it's starting to turn. The pressure is building in the 11s, and I have noticed that the price has been kept low with small sell-offs at the end of the day. It could be coincidental... or not.
As a long-term producer of tin, it is certainly in the right field, and then it has its other projects for future growth.
Hopefully, that one-time shutdown has sorted all the issues and production continues as scheduled.
