Hi @builder2 - if Metals X opens at 0.60c and Westgold opens at $1.80 that would be the same as $1.50 as off today this is due to the 1 Westgold share distributed for every 2 Metals X shares held. If it's in the top end of my guessing then it would work out to be the same as $1.80 in today's shares.
So conservatively that's a safe guess for the moment. But as @arsenic said, it's better not to guess and work on facts. And the historical behaviour projects there won't be an immediate re-rate until the overall market works it out whether it is a quality investment or not. But it will re-rate eventually. If it was going to re-rate on day 1 then everyone would be front running the re-rate now and that doesn't seem to be happening.
But it'll be interesting to see if Metals X (Core) can hold that price of .60/.70, if there is a sell down, then speculating that this might be good one to get into.
