The latest announcement (this week ) said latest day of trading on a cum basis is 28th Nov.
the EGM for demerger is on Friday.
Also I believe it is 1 Wesgold share for 1 MLX i.e. the Wesgold unit is hived out directly and the number of shares on issue is what you get. (I could stand to be corrected though as I don't have my booklet on demerger on me).
