The company owns the IP, not Ms Miller and/or any other individual. An individual may be listed as the inventor, but ultimate ownershipof the IP belongs to the shareholders of the company.
Development of the IP is what our hard owned money has paid for. Unfortunately, development of the IP and a proper commercial business plan has been subordinate to the salaries of the board.Time has passed us and long overdue for action, unless something is done to organize the affairs of the company.
