The board should, humbly, freeze their salaries from this point, while an executive search is conducted for their replacement.
Once the appropriate person/s are found, and we will find suitable go-to-market entreprenuers experienced in the biotech and/or capital markets sector, Ms Miller can then take a back seat and consult to the company, considering her history.
This may be a better option than receivers and/or an ASIC intervention in the not too distant future.
Has anyone else any other ideas? This is just but one suggestion. Someone more experienced in these type of matters may have a better idea, if we can at least throw it around and talk about it in some more deatil?
