    It is sector related. Any company, good, bad or the ugly that is exposed to oil/ mining is being dumped due to fear.

    NWH is down 56% since 1st Oct
    RCR is down 43% over the same period

    If 50% decline is the magic number, then $1.63 is a possibility.
