Thanks Crypto, for a person who is clearly capable of dealing with detail, it surprises me you ignore ASIC's definition. I'm going to move on now, and leave you with your crusade, but do so in full knowledge you've called out an edge case and through a lazy mischaracterisation IMO. I'm a holder and I'll watch closely as the full range of products offered by these people continue to gain traction.
