Hope you don't mind the new thread, but thought it would be a good place to highlight to shareholders the conflict of interests by the MMGA self appointed nominees. Such information is critical in deciding on who to vote for. I'll start. Feel free to add to the list:
- PH is part of AJN associated with Simon Cong (one of our detractors) and has a history of selling assets cheaply to him - Ty Ludbrook tried to influence AVZ Board to buy Dan Gertler's debt for personal financial gain
My list is extensive, but thought other shareholders can chip in.
Once the list is exhausted, we can see how MMGA will respond, but guaranteed they won't.
