There is, but it would be pretty pointless to join.

There isn't really much of a case until there's a resolution to this situation one way or another. If we somehow come out of it all clean and good to go, I would say that all would be forgiven and people will withdraw from the action. If it goes the other way, then I see us coming out of this with sweet fa and the company going under. In that circumstance, what do you think you'll actually be able to recover from a class action before the company goes bust?
