Agreed, pretty poorly written article that leaves out critical details. Currently royalty at 1% until Mar 25 but will jump to 2.2% in perpetuity if they don't exercise call/put options (~USD12.75M price). Good news is the royalties paid to date are deducted from exercise price of options upon time exercising i.e. USD12.75M - royalties paid up to Mar 25.
