I will pass on your MACD theory thanx......however, if you modify your 'periods' it will better reflect the actual price action.
Keep in mind the price is both the primary and ultimate indicator...........the 'indicators' are merely a LAGGING function of the price itself.
Expect some action/resistance near the 50c. level but the price will gravitate down to the 38c.-39c. level.
