    Seems they are planning on unlocking value with their ambitious plans for the Nth American Rec market. Remember these guys are closer to the ground than we are and maybe this is the way to facilitate cracking into the market in the way they plan to? They have probably done their due diligence, had expert financial and legal advice and this is the way forward. Either that or they are just winging it and have less idea than us about what's going on lol
