With that said, are you able to elaborate on this point you made "Manila can levy higher tax on them in future if they can ever agree on new legislation for miners but cannot increase royalty or retrospectively alter terms of existing licences"?

Also it's a bit of a shame about the dividend, did they hint at when they might look at reintroducing it?
