CP42Kx07. Thanks. Large shareholders were not content with the running of the company last time they voted and nothing has changed at the top since.

The voting at the last AGM for the key resolution of the directors remuneration was as follows:

So of those who voted 57% to 40% voted down this resolution which was not carried.
As I understand it, if shareholders vote the same way at the upcoming AGM the directors' position will come up for re-election at an EGM to be held asap after the AGM vote.

It should be added that this significant rejection of the BoD's was not mentioned in the Interim results that followed. Nor was there any mention of any remedies that would be taken to address shareholders rejection of the BoD's management of the company.
