CP42Kx07. I agree the company needs a more active AND MORE OPEN board to regain some shareholder value and confidence that the company has near term and medium term growth plans rather than just Co-o, Co-o, Co-o.
Anything they undertake they move at a snails pace with constant backward revisions to time scales.
Their strategic vision is highly suspect. Perhaps this is why they refuse to do any presentations to the public in Auz and refuse to do even minimal PR to support the sp and improve MML's profile in the market.
It seems that Miningnut is well versed in ASX regulations and how they affect the current situation with Medusa. Perhaps he would like to comment on how he sees this playing out in the coming months?
Miningnut has a large shareholding and it seems he would be unwilling to let the present BoD's continue.
