Sorry Gazza have to disagree - without a tailings dam its not the same resource as they cant process above ground ore from their own or other companies sources, hence these resources are worth nil nada nothing, and they can't process residual Siana open pit ore so they cant fund the UG mine which requires a further $40m (whose going to lend any miner in the Philippines ??) . Not only must Gina be repudiated by the government, but a restatement of the sanctity of legal contracts is necessary to stem the flight of foreign capital out of the Phillipines. The number of share trade is small potatoes and no serous investor is going to throw good money after bad. So, I forgo the opportunity till I hear that Gian is no more and the new TSF has been approved.
