The share price has dropped about 20% in just over 5 days of trading without any company announcements being made. In that same period, the ASX consumer staples index has risen almost 5%. That's a discrepancy of almost 25% between MMM and the industry index over the last 5-6 days of trading.
When will the ASX ask MMM for an explanation about share price movements in relation to rule 3.1 - Continuous Disclosure? Does anyone know if CDIs are exempt from continuous disclosure?
