I only noticed this one today, but looks like a great appointment.

Couldn't come better qualified really after 6 years at Aldi, as a challenger brand in the Supermarket space.
Expect he will have some decent ideas to engage new and old customers.
Also think he would understand how to promote Market as well and increase basket size.
Won't see any impact this quarter, but could be interesting moving forward.
