Every chance the 486 SPAC will drop in price when the transaction actually happens and the shares are issued.
I do think however the price will still be substantially above where MMM trades now.
I do agree with other posters that the business model may not succeed, however the company taking over has over 200 million in cash, so you will be left with whatever else they decide to invest in.
