why would they want it this way?? Crazy!!
what big investors are buying in? Perennial value mgt? Well, that tells you share price is down down they can't raise money without a big dilution which they will need next year probably and keeping any new big investors at bay.
shake out will be sharks circling next year unless some stunning cash conversion.
