For those interested in MMM here's 2 links to a recent interview with CEO David Taplin.
He stated that MMM have reached the minimum 5M$ for the IPO to hit the ASX, and that they have commitments and interest from investors to complete the 10M$ IPO.

The sure thing now is that MMM is hitting the ASX in May.
