Considering it this stock doesn't move much and has been low for a while now.. and the recent jump being in the two digit % increases, it leads me to believe that something is up, and its something good.

But in saying so it is still very very low volumes in trade.

I use to remember this stock being in the 20's. O hoping its going to back there soon.
