UBS are trading in and out of PDN all the time, but they keep crossing the Substantial Holdings level, so they have to release those announcements. A couple of weeks ago it was the other way - Ceasing to Be a Substantial Holder.
So I can't help but think that UBS is probably the main culprit in the shorting games.
