Swarbrick resigned months ago. Whole thing is a shambles. Indebted, no strategy and little communication. Can't be too long until administrator appointed. We owe two years of listing fees, audit, interest etc. To get the thing right would require enormous dilution and who would give money only for it to pay off debts? Plenty of other shells out there tidier than this.
We have hit the reef full noise.
