some heavy dilution being proposed here - was hoping off take agreements was going to reduce the need to raise so much through a 250 million share placement - I was personally hoping for less dilution via resolution 3 - the rest looks ok . Interesting thing at the moment is that the share price hasn't moved much post the announcement and with the financing / max dilutionary scenarios now pretty much out in the open - they will want more than 12c on the big one aswell you would think / hope - I'm going to take a punt here and say that AIM is going to release a pretty good activities report in the next few days and insiders are well up on it, and therefore the lack of selling here ??
