MMN macmin silver ltd

mmn not following silvers rise

    I was looking at the last 3 weeks of Silver price/oz versus MacMin's share price.

    On 31 Mar, MMN closed at 0.445. Silver was US$11.71
    On 19 Apr, MMN closed at 0.415. Silver was US$14.15

    So....in this period MMN has fallen 7% while Silver has risen 20%.

    Can anybody offer a serious explanation for this?
