An update has been provided by the deed administrators and surprise surprise the company is about to be recapitalised.
1 for 20 share consolidation
New shares - capital raising listed at $0.01 so further dilution for existing shareholders.
Numerous other conditions are outlined in the latest update.
Only trouble is if you're a shareholder what you will end up with is next to nothing.
Oh well I guess the few crumbs any shareholders receive will be limited to seeing the end of old management and a few shares after the recap.
A far cry from a company thats share price peaked in the 40 c area a few years ago.
I look forward to contributing more sucker funds to the new entity ( not ) whatever it is called.
Here we go, here we go, here we go.
The merry go round is about to be fired up again for the next lot of riders.
