Does anyone know what is happening with the MEC Resources AGM?
I have not seen anything announced or received anything from MEC to say when this is happening.
The Corporations Act says that the AGM needs to be held within 5 months of the end of the financial year, ie end November, (Ref 1) and provide at least 28 days notice to the shareholders of the meeting (Ref 2).
