I hope so. given that there are so many common directors between all of the entities that have launched the legal cases, I would have thought it would be relatively easy to get agreement on how to resolve them.
also, given that there was never an issue when Advent/Asset were controlled entities of MMR and the directors of MMR are essentially the same as BPH, couldn't control of these entities just revert to MMR and three the legal cases would just disappear? This would also then enable some focus discussion on how to bring the vote to the shareholders about whether to allow the in-specie distribution.
