Could 62 Capital do this in between now and 25/1/25? Yes, but why would they? They would be paying $0.005 for a share worth $0.005. For a couple of free options? No. Maybe if the share price jumped to $0.007 or $0.008 they might think about it but we are not seeing those levels.
You mentioned DB, do you think he is going to pay the shortfall offer up himself? He has no control over whether somebody writes a cheque or not, he isn't a factor.
Bottom line, your theory is completely flawed and this will be confirmed just after 25/1/25.
