Anyway, the centrepiece is unchanged, what will Ed do. I took the opportunity to discuss it with a political pundit recently, one who has a good understanding of PEP11, and asked the question. The answer I was given was "whatever the ALP thinks will be best for them politically". It took me back to Albo's comment "the applications have changed". We know damn well that they haven't, they are identical to 2020. So what exactly was his reason for saying that? I suspect he was just building a narrative to justify not making a decision. That will make for some interesting pre-election discussion.
