No decision will be a very interesting tactic to employ by these geniuses considering our Feb 7th sort of deadline.
They really are making a mess of this and I would have thought a non decision would be the messiest of all options for them. At least be a Government that has the courage of your convictions and deny the permit so we can all get on with what comes next.
Anyway I assume DB and the legal team are across what actions they need to take come Feb 7th
