I would be very surprised if the 1608 pages an assets response was enough to reverse the original recommendation of approval which was included in the 1608 pages of rubbish.
hey I might be wrong, it does happen a bit, but I would be surprised.
I do have a question on this subject though. We know the NOPTA recommendations before the ‘concerns’ was approval. Would Asset be privy to the advice IF it was changed to deny after addressing such ‘concerns’?
