As per ASX announcement MEC Resources ASX:MMR will be relisting tomorrow 2nd December 2024.
MMR holds PDF (Pool Development Fund) status. This means MMR is TAX FREE - Yes NO capital gains.
MMR owns ~37.95% of unlisted Advent Energy and BPH Energy ASX:BPH owns ~36% of unlisted Advent Energy.
Advent Energy own 85% of the PEP11 Gas Project located offshore NSW.
NOPTA (National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator) has recommended approval that PEP11 Gas Permit proceed to drill - As per MMR & BPH announcements.
