Clearly there will be no big buying from existing shareholders as only 17% of existing shareholders participated in the recent rights issue and management were not even interested in taking up there full entitlement. If anyone wanted to buy they would have bought some of the 300 million with free options the broker can't even get rid of. I don't understand why anyone would buy when the minister has said he won't be supporting PEP11
