I'm not too sure anyone too concerned about the tax free status as I can't see MMR producing a dividend anytime soon and I haven't heard any holders who have been caught the past 5 years while MMR been suspended complaining of a capital gains problem. Plenty are sitting on substantial losses and just want to cut and run at any cost
