^down 10% (not 20%) - there was a 1-for-2 free oppie you could sell at 1 pip if you're quick, so the average sale price would be 4.5 against the 5 for the placement.
I got out at 6/1 on the open though, so a great little in-and-out trade for me! Once it settles down, might re-enter in case they buy another asset. Now that they're listed its more about what they intend to buy with their tax-free PDF, and less about whether or not Pep11 is approved.
