Well this seems very interesting as David Breeze has not been able to discuss 1 matter in regards to PEP11 for over 6 months AS IT'S IN THE HANDS OF THE LAWYERS, but now all of a sudden he discussing hypothetical situations in regards to the Legal Structure and tax implications of the holding mechanism if PEP11 is denied with a random shareholder over the phone.
Dunno but something smells a bit
