3X recruited his crew of lemmings on Hot Copper into his email club on Hot Copper by constantly posting his email addresses on Hot Copper, and asking crew to email him to share his fabricated theories and smoking gun scenarios on Pep11 Inc the past few years, of which all have been proven completely wrong as time passes them by and proves same with collapsing share prices of BPH and MMR, and along with the timelines attached, a friend of mine was a member of the 3X Pep11 email pack on Hot Copper till he realised what 3X was up to and opted out due mainly to none of the scenarios presented ever panning out, and the sad thing is crew that the email club of Pep11 Inc dumped BPH in 2024 at a huge loss for some Pep11 Inc email clubmembers late 2024,with a lot having bought BPH in the 5 to 20 cent plus band maybe more over the now Federally Denied Pep11 campaign journey of 2020/21/22/23/24, to next move from BPH and exasperate losses to double down on MMR now when MMR re listed last November 2024 at 0.005, and since the re listing that never should of happened forMMR for the obvious reasons now in hindsight imo, the nightmare scenario has unfolded for shareholders of MMR, with the Federal Government following through on the pre warned to market denial of the Pep11 exploration licence for the second time in January 2025 and now concurrentlyby Both ALP and LNP!!!
And with of course attached now MMR,s SP falling and basically now only held up by very under water all in way to deep now and desperate investors for the most part, and of course some gullibly doubling down now like gamblers do, to of course only compound losses or simply throwing the towel in now as the weight of the federal court case compounds or simply the time of wasted money and opportunity now moves on for and through the scrip of MMR as reality bites and shareholders simply sell down because they see the reality forming of the Elected Federal Goverment for the second term nowrinse repeat the JA actions of denial, or its capitulation for the MMR share price when the Judicial review throws the case out of court of Asset Energy Vs the Commonwealth over the January Federal JA denial of the Pep11 exploration license.
Most of the Hot Copper Pep11 Inc email club are desperate now being upto 1000% or more underwater on Pep11 Inc BPH, MMR the past few years, and are basically going for broke currently on a oily penny in the current dismal oily penny ASX market, which in this game has always had nightmare scenarios attached to it for desperate underwater punters imo!!!
And since the denial of the Pep11 exploration license sadly in January 2025 by the Federal Government, and crew when a oily penny scrip is full of beaten up holders on Hot Copper and the only thing holding it back from capitulation now is a thread of desperate hope on a federal court case, which imo has no chance of winning against the Commonwealth under the tight scope of a Judicial Review currently, and that only leaves Smoking Gun Theories and complete fallacies to hold onto sadly !!!!!

if you can’t see it Pep11 Inc scrip is sitting on a time bomb currently in its action against the Commonwealth, held up only now by the desperation now of the management of Pep11 Inc to hold on to its only tangible projectleft in its suite of money burn only projects for Advent, andnow attached the desperate actions of Shareholders that are left and management obviously imo!!!!
if you can’t see the landscape as a investor here you shouldn’t be investing in oily pennies imo, because obviously the greater market is reading the landscape by the abysmal SP performance of all Pep11 Inc scrip the past 17 months !!!
Along with the endless Cap Raise money grabs by management in 2024 of BPH and MMR because they as well seen the writing on the wall clearly of the desperate road ahead for Pep11 Inc.
It’s certainly not all green in the oily pennies crew, as anyone experienced in the sector would know, in fact it’s far from it for the uninitiated, and when the scrip of oily pennies are sitting holding there breath in desperate holdings in the red from well above, and whilst walking the tightrope of suspension again in MMR,s case under its PDF,things are truly desperate for shareholders imo, especially in current markets, one of the worst signs I have picked up on over the years for Oily Pennies on Hot Copper are when volumes are tight and liquidity is shot in Oily Pennies like in BPH and MMR case, and the only crew claiming to buy scrip are on Hot Copper, you have a major Red Flag on the ASX in a Oily Penny imo, as the market is totally ignoring the scrip and the companiesinvolved for very very very valid reasons as it should, and along with the press, and with the only supporters of a stock like MMR that are very very under water desperate investors now, especially after the return in MMR,s recent case from a 5 year suspension of trade for MMR, and the inert consequences that holds for any rally above 0.004 for MMR, and as always sadly the scenarios of these situations ignored in the oily pennies always end in tears and empty pockets for shareholders.
